Synopsis[]
Faced with the reality of opening a new restaurant, the crew must make a plan.
Plot[]
Carmy and Sydney collaborate on crafting The Bear's menu, while Natalie joins as the project manager for the renovations. Seeking funds for the refurbishments, the team turns to Cicero for a loan. Cicero agrees to provide a financial boost of $500,000 to assist in launching the restaurant.
However, to convince a doubtful Cicero, Carmy strikes a bargain: the money must be repaid within 18 months, or Cicero will assume ownership of the restaurant and the valued lot, estimated at $2 million.
Originally aiming for a 6-month opening timeline, Carmy, Sydney, and Sugar decide to revamp their plans and work towards opening in just 3 months.
