Synopsis[]

Plot[]
With only two months remaining until the grand opening, Carmy receives surprising news from Natalie: she is pregnant. As Richie and Fak diligently oversee the construction progress, Sydney takes charge of screening potential new hires for the restaurant. In the midst of these preparations, Marcus takes on the important responsibility of creating three distinct desserts for The Bear.
Despite his mother's terminal illness, he temporarily leaves her side to embark on a journey to Copenhagen. There, Marcus has the opportunity to learn from Luca, a highly skilled pastry chef, and the two quickly form a deep connection. During his stay, Marcus demonstrates his bravery when he rescues a man who becomes trapped following a bicycle accident.

- Will Poulter, who plays Luca, is a self-proclaimed 'fanboy' of the Bear and 'begged' to be on it. On Variety, he said “No one has got more fanboy energy for the show than I do … I can guarantee you that … it was one of the best experiences of my life.”
- Poulter does not have tattoos in real life, and so Luca's tattoos had to be placed on his arms during makeup. The tattoos were designed to contain many details about Luca's upbringing and personality. One of these tattoos, 'C₁₂H₂₂O₁₁', is the formula for sugar.
