Synopsis[]
The crew splits up to work towards their new vision.
Plot[]
During the construction process, various challenges arise, including an unexpected encounter with a mold issue. Amidst these challenges, Sydney has a dinner with her father, who expresses his worries about her decision to open the restaurant.
Taking on the role of chef de cuisine, Sydney approaches Tina and invites her to be the sous-chef, while also arranging for Tina and Ebra to attend culinary school, utilizing their existing talents within the staff.
Meanwhile, Carmy reconnects with Claire, who is now practicing emergency medicine and happens to be someone he knew during his childhood.

- The title of this episode, 'Pasta' refers to the story Sydney tells Carmy about how her previous catering business, 'The Sheridan', failed. According to Sydney, The Sheridan's last booking was for a Fundraiser organized by a "mean lady" who demanded fresh pasta, but since her pasta had dried up by the time she arrived at the location, she improvised by serving Ragu onto bread rolls instead. The incident was not received well and resulted in the closing of the Sheridan.
